1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and Bulktide LLC, doing business as Settlements Watchdog (“Settlements Watchdog,” “Bulktide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our website, pages, and related services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

2. Our Services (Marketing Only)

The Services provide informational content and a way for users to submit a request to be connected with one participating law firm (a “Marketing Partner”) that may evaluate and contact you. We route requests based on factors such as location, availability, and rotation.

The Services may not be available in all states, and we may limit or refuse requests in our discretion.

3. Not a Law Firm / No Legal Advice

Attorney Advertising Notice: Settlements Watchdog is a marketing and advertising service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Settlements Watchdog.

Any contact you have with a Marketing Partner is governed by that firm’s terms and policies. You should consult a qualified attorney for legal advice.

4. Eligibility

The Services are intended for individuals who are 18 years or older and located in the United States. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
You will provide accurate information and will not impersonate others.
You will not use the Services for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes.
You will not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use bots, scrapers, or automated methods to access or extract data from the Services.
Attempt to bypass security features or probe for vulnerabilities.
Submit false, deceptive, or fraudulent information.
Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Services.
Use the Services to harass, threaten, or harm others.
Use the Services to compete with us or to copy our design, branding, or content.

7. Submissions & Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions (“Submissions”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and incorporate such Submissions to improve the Services, without compensation to you.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including the site design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Sites & Marketing Partners

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

If you submit a request, we may share your information with one Marketing Partner that may contact you. We do not guarantee that a Marketing Partner will accept your request, contact you, or provide representation.

10. Communications & Consent

By using the Services and submitting a request, you consent to receive communications related to your request, which may include emails, calls, and text messages for verification and request handling. A Marketing Partner may also contact you after routing.

11. Privacy

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT (A) YOU WILL BE CONNECTED WITH A MARKETING PARTNER, (B) ANY MARKETING PARTNER WILL CONTACT YOU, (C) ANY MARKETING PARTNER WILL ACCEPT YOUR MATTER, OR (D) ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME WILL BE ACHIEVED.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICES, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bulktide LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we determine it is necessary to protect the Services, users, or our rights.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
